











Clay D. Baker, D.V.M.
Dr. Baker grew up on Cape Cod, part of a family that has been growing cranberries for over 100 years. He decided to branch out from the family business and went to Findley, Ohio to get his degree in Pre-Veterinary medicine. After graduation, he set sail for St. Kitts in the West Indies to attend Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. He joined Wadleigh Falls Veterinary Clinic in the Spring of 1995. He really enjoys Bovine medicine and is very interested in Small Animal Surgery. At home, he spends time with his two cats, Eddy and Walter. He also enjoys restoring antique military vehicles. His current project is a 1977 M886 Military Ambulance. He is looking forward to many more fulfilling years at Wadleigh Falls Veterinary Clinic.
Sara LePine B.V.M.&S.
Dr. Sarah LePine grew up in Upstate New York along the Canadian border. She pursued her interest in horses, earning her degrees in Agricultural Science from SUNY Morrisville and then a Bachelors degree in Animal Sciences from Cornell University. She then worked for the USDA Farm Service Agency for three years prior to moving to Scotland where she attended the University of Edinburgh and received her degree in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Lepine is particularly interested in Equine and Feline medicine, and Oncology (Cancer Treatment). In her free time she enjoys traveling, theatre, dance, and the company of her two horses Ellie and Saint.



Irving A. Salkovitz, M.S., V.M.D.
Dr. Salkovitz has been with Wadleigh Falls Veterinary Clinic since its inception in 1977. He was honored recently as the 2006 NH Veterinarian of the Year by the New Hampshire Veterinary Medical Association in recognition of significant achievements and contributions by a NH veterinarian in the course of their professional career. A native of Boston, Dr. Salkovitz completed Pre-Veterinary studies at the University of Vermont in 1966. He went on to earn his Master's degree in Nutritional Biochemistry at Colorado State University in 1968. Prior to attending and graduating from the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in 1975, Dr. Salkovitz completed service in the US Army at the Natick Army Research Laboratories. Upon graduating from Penn, he worked for two years at the Monson Veterinary Hospital in Massachusetts. Thereafter, he and his wife headed north and founded Wadleigh Falls Veterinary Clinic, turning it over recently to new owner Dr. Haydon in 2005. Dr. Salkovitz has attended numerous short courses to expand his knowledge, master specific skills, and learn new specialties. He is a skilled Equine practitioner and Orthopedic Surgeon (Penn hip, TTA) and in recent years has also taken time from practice to attend certification courses in Acupuncture and Chiropractic medicine.
